MADISON, Wis. (WFRV) Madison political activist Arthur Kohl-Riggs is making headlines, challenging Governor Scott Walker in the upcoming gubernatorial primary.
He'll face off against Walker as a Republican. The scruffy 23 year old is often spotted around Madison dressed as Abraham Lincoln.
His campaign website states he's for "clean and open government" and workers rights. He says, "All workers have the right to organize, and the right to collectively bargain."
But is this guy for real? He says he's not a "fake" candidate. Local 5's Bret Lemoine will speak with him about his strategy coming up on our newscasts at 5 and 6PM.
