Neenah considers new plans for trash pick-up

NEENAH, Wis (WFRV) - The cost for trash pick-up in Neenah could soon change if some city council members get their way.
Public works is looking into the possibility of changing its current system to pricing per bag.
Residents would be charged $2.48 for each bag they threw out.
Right now it cost Neenah about $245,000 per year to dump its trash into the landfill.
If pay as you throw is approved, some residents say they would be concerned about people illegally dumping garbage.
