Positive numbers for housing market

(WFRV) -- Foreclosures took off in alarge numbers in 2007 when the housing market plummeted.  But now it looks like things are finally turning around, especially in northeast Wisconsin.

Foreclosures dropped about 20% in October of this year, compared to the same time last year.  That's according to the Realtors Association of Northeast Wisconsin.

It might be a sign the economy is bouncing back.

On the flip side, trying to get a loan today is a lot more difficult than in years past.

If you do get a loan, you can celebrate.  They are at historically low rates.
