MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Brillion captain Justin Zeamer took the end around off the second-half kickoff 80 yards for a touchdown, breaking a 3-3 tie and propelling the Lions to a 31-10 victory in the WIAA Division 5 Championship over Colby Thursday.
Trevor Krizenesky took the kickoff on a bounce, flipped to Zeamer at midfield and watched the senior race untouched down the sideline.
It gave Brillion (14-0) the needed momentum, as the Lions scored on a 43-yard touchdown pass from Will Jensen to Jordan Mathiebe two drives later to boost the lead to 17-3.
The Hornets (13-1) tried to rally, answering with Zach Peissig 1-yard run on the ensuing drive, but Brillion's Will Jensen responded with two fourth-quarter touchdown passes to keep the school a perfect 4-for-4 in state title games.
