Pedestrian hit and killed on Manitowoc County highway

MANIITOWOC COUNTY (WFRV) -- A 23-year-old man has died after he was hit by a vehicle while walking on a Manitowoc County highway early Monday.
Sheriff's officials say Dustin Knapp of Manitowoc died of a head injury when he was struck in the middle of Highway 42 about 4:30 a.m. in the town of Two Creeks.
Deputies say Knapp had been drinking and that may be a contributing factor.
