News @ your desk: Siveny due in court today

The woman accused in a plot to beat up her domestic partner who was later murdered is due in court today. Dianna Siveny is expected to enter a plea. Siveny was accused earlier this year of hiring a man to beat up Lara Plamann. The man hired to execute the beating told the court he couldn't go through with it. One year later, Plamann was found dead in the home she shared with Siveny. Charges have yet to be filed in connection with her 2007 murder.
