Oshkosh drivers have new way to cross Hwy 41

Starting Saturday, drivers in Oshkosh will have another way to cross Highway 41 again. The Witzel Avenue overpass and a new multi-lane roundabout at the intersection with Washburn Street will re-open tomorrow. The Koeller Street intersection roundabout has already opened. Motorists have been unable to use the overpass since mid-March when the bridge closed for demolition.
