Lawmakers are stepping in to help Charlie Kanuth who suffers from a rare skin disorder that causes ulcers and blisters. A treatment that could bring relief to Kanuth was found but health insurance denied coverage. The Kanuth family hopes that with the help of lawmakers, Medicaid officials will change their decision.
The Post Office is expected to raise stamp prices by two cents, and will make an official announcement later today. The Postal Service is on track to lose $7 billion for the next fiscal year. The price increase wont take effect till next year.
In Outagamie County, County Road BB--Prospect Ave. will be closed between American Drive and Bluemound Drive. The closures run from 6:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. tomorrow morning. All ramps at the interchange will be closed from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
In Winnebago County, the Winchester Road ramps from and to Southbound Highway 41 will be closed from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Green Bay's Robles family will be receiving keys to their new home on Marshall Ave. from the Packers and Habitat for Humanity, today. The family will be joined by Packers President and CEO Mark Murphy, as well as players James Jones, Greg Jennings, Nick Collins and their wives. Area politicians and volunteers will also be on hand. The dedication is at 5:30 p.m.
