Cap stays over BP well, despite leaking

The temporary containment cap that was put in place last week over BP's ruptured well is leaking oil, but for now officials are leaving it on.
Over the weekend, Admiral Thad Allen demanded stepped up monitoring, and federal officials fear the underground leak could make this disaster even worse and harder to fix.
BP says it's already spent nearly 4-billion dollars combating the oil spill.
Meanwhile, folks are back on the water for the first time in three months as waters were declared safe for fishing.
