BBQ Beef Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- dash of pepper
- 1-1/2 cups ketchup
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Cups thinly sliced Klement's roast beef
- 6 Sandwich Buns, split
Directions
In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except beef and sandwich buns. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cut beef into thin strips and stir into sauce. Cover and simmer an additional 15 minutes. To serve, spoon about 1/2 cup of mixture onto each bun.
Makes 6 sandwiches.
