Leuer Breaks out as Bucks Defeat Timberwolves

By: Nick Goddard
Updated: December 27, 2011
Rookie Jon Leuer had 14 points and 8 rebounds as the Milwaukee Bucks defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves 98-95 on Tuesday night at the Bradley Center.

The game was the home opener for Milwaukee, who improved to 1-1 on the young 2011-2012 season.

Brandon Jennings led the Bucks with 22 points.  Kevin Love had 31 points and 20 rebounds for Minnesota, but missed what would have been a game-tying 3-pointer in the final seconds.

The Bucks will return to action on Friday night, when they host the Washington Wizards.
