9 Area Girls Basketball Teams Earn #1 Tournament Seeds

The pairings for the high school girls basketball tournament were released Sunday night, with 9 area teams earning number 1 seeds.
The area teams seeded number 1 are:
Division 1 - De Pere
Division 2 - Notre Dame, New London
Division 3 - Freedom, Brillion, Lomira
Division 4 - Wild Rose, Algoma
Division 5 - Goodman-Pembine
The tournament begins Tuesday, March 6th with regionals. The State Tournament takes place March 22nd-24th at the Kohl Center in Madison.
