NFL Free Agency Begins Tuesday

The new NFL league year begins Tuesday at 3:00 P.M.  Seven Packers will become Unrestricted Free Agents at that time:

QB Matt Flynn
C Scott Wells
RB Ryan Grant
DB Jarrett Bush
LB Erik Walden
CB Pat Lee
DE Howard Green

The Packers will go into free agency about $7 million under the salary cap.  They and 27 other teams were awarded $1.6 million at the expense of Washington and Dallas, who were penalized for the blatant dumping of salaries for the uncapped 2011 season.
