NCAA Tournament Update: Michigan State holds off St. Louis

The St. Louis Billikens gave them all they could handle, but the Michigan State Spartans are headed to another Sweet 16.
In a hard-fought game in Columbus, Ohio on Sunday afternoon, the Spartans prevailed, 65-61, in the 3rd round of the NCAA Tournament.
With the victory, the top seeded Spartans advance to the west regional semifinal in Phoenix, where they will face #4 seed Louisville on Thursday night.
