Romney wins Wisconsin, Maryland & DC

Green Bay, Wisc. (CNN/WFRV) Republican frontrunner Mitt Romney added to his lead in the delegate count Tuesday night with three wins.
Romney took home Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Wisconsin.
With those three wins Romney now has more than half of the delegates needed to win the GOP nomination.
During a celebration party in Milwaukee, Romney made it evident that he will eventually be the nomninee. He made several forward thinking statements. Romney pledged to spend the next four years to rebuild America, repeal ObamaCare and decrease the size of government.
Romney had been widely expected to win in Maryland and D.C., but the race was closer in Wisconsin.
Rick Santorum had spent the most time in Wisconsin than any other candidate, but decided not to campaign in the Badger State on Tuesday. Instead he moved on to his home state of Pennsylvania.
The delegate count now has Romney with 670, Santorum with 273, Newt Gingrich at 137, and Ron Paul has 71 delegates.
