Brewers fall to Cardinals in Series Finale

A strong start from Lance Lynn led the St. Louis Cardinals to a 9-3 victory over the Milwaukee Brewers on Sunday afternoon.

Lynn went 6 2/3 innings, allowing just 2 hits and one run, which came on Corey Hart's third homer of the season in the 5th inning.

Randy Wolf (0-1) went 5 innings for the Brewers, allowing 3 earned runs on 9 hits.  The Milwaukee bullpen then allowed 6 runs in the final four innings.

Ryan Braun hit his first home run of the season in the 9th inning.

The Brewers head south to face the Cubs at Wrigley Field starting Monday night at 6:05 P.M.
