"It's an application on the Android operating system that will link you to several different job sites, versus one specific location like some of the other apps," said Kozak.
And by using Google Docs - which lets you upload your resume to your phone - you can apply to the jobs you find on the go. It's an edge in a fast changing job market in which new positions become available every day.
"The quicker you can apply to these positions, the greater opportunity you're going to have to get the position," said Kozak.
If you don't have an Android phone, not to worry. Although you won't be able to find the "Hire a Droid" app, there are other free job search apps for iPhone and Blackberry devices.
