1 medium onion, sliced
1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
1/4 cup butter
1 pound (16 ounces) thin roast beef slices
6 French bread rolls (8-inch), split
18 slices Wisconsin Pasteurized Process Cheese
Saut onions and peppers in butter until golden. Add meat; mix lightly until thoroughly heated. Fill rolls with meat mixture alternating with cheese slices.
