Morning storms knock out power to thousands

Wisconsin Public Service says the storms knocked out electricity to more than 16,000 customers. As of 9:30 a.m. 13,000 customers remained without power.
A line of severe weather tore through Florence, Forest, Langlade, Lincoln, Marathon, Marinette, Menominee, Oconto, Oneida, and Shawano Counties.
Most of the damage is from hail and smaller trees knocked down by the wind.
WPS has yet to say how long people will be without power. WPS has sent additional crews to the hardest hit areas.
The areas hit hardest by power outages include:
Merrill - 5,000 customers from 154 outages.
Wausaukee - 2,500 customers from 15 outages.
Antigo - 2,080 customers from 31 outages.
Wausau - 1,900 customers from 58 outages.
Marinette - 1,150 customers from 75 outages.
