Shawano man charged in 2009 murder of brother and sister

Oconto, Wis. (WFRV) - A Shawano man has been charged with murder in a case that took more than three years to solve.
29-year-old Daniel Schmidt faces two counts of first degree intentional homicide.
He's charged in the deaths of Kimberly Rose and her brother Leonard Marsh.
The state attorney general's office says he killed them in rose's home in the Town of Gillett in may of 2009.
Schmidt made his initial appearance in Oconto County Court today and his bail was set at two million dollars.
