Major shift in traffic near Highway 29/41 interchange

The Department of Transportation is urging drivers to find other routes.
They are preparing to shift traffic onto the new Shawano Avenue.
Because of that roads and lanes will frequently close for the next 19 months.
The new roads by-pass businesses like Del's Cycle Service which has been around for 50 years.
"It is bad" says Dallas Weise, Owner of Del's Cycle Service. "You lose about 30% of your business already this year with all the commotion around. I don't know if its going to get any better".
This shift is part of the reconstruction of the US 41 and Wisconsin 29 interchange.
It is scheduled to wrap up in 2014.
