1. Fall Showcase Dates & Hours
a. September 15 - 16 & 20 - 23
b. 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday and Friday nights.
2. Number of Homes
a. 48 total homes - 11 are for sale
b. The homes are mostly located in Brown County, one is in Manitowoc and one is in Sturgeon Bay
c. There are homes in a variety of sizes and price ranges, with homes from around 1,200 sq. ft. to 8,500 sq. ft.
3. What people can expect
a. They will see some of the newest trends in plan design, products, materials and decorating
b. Homes that are certified with the Focus on Energy New Homes program for optimal energy efficiency
c. Variety - any builder can build homes of any size, so it is a great place to start getting ideas or establish a relationship with a builder you want to work with
d. Special Features:
i. Custom spiral staircases
ii. Unique interior and exterior finishes, flooring and custom home plan designs
iii. Finished lower levels with wet bars, game rooms, exercise rooms, wine cellars and theater rooms - even a gymnasium

4. Tickets
a. Tickets are $8 through September 14. Once the show starts on September 15, tickets increase to $10.
b. They are available at the BCHBA Office, 811 Packerland Dr., or at Bank Mutual, HJ Martin, Homestead Dcor, Macco's Floor Coverings, North Shore Bank or Van Vreedes during regular business hours
c. You can also go to any home on the tour and purchase tickets for $10
