OSHKOSH, Wis. (WFRV) - Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Tammy Baldwin is also among those weighing in on the decision of Dane County Judge Juan Colas's ruling that the collective bargaining portion of Governor Scott Walker's Budget Repair legislation is unconstitutional.
She addressed the issue while on a campaign stop on the campus of UW-Oshkosh Saturday.
"I believe that people should have a voice whether it's in their democracy or in their workplace to speak for better conditions. And we'll have to see where this goes from here. Obviously, it's a trial court decision and we'll see what happens next."
During the stop, Baldwin also emphasized her strong support and history of investing in education.
