Green Bay, Wis. (WFRV) -- Tuesday Wisconsin Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen filed a motion asking for a stay on a Dane County Judge's ruling to strike down Act 10.

That means the law would remain in effect while it makes his way through the appeals process.

Tuesday Governor Scott Walker gave his thoughts on the future of collective bargaining during a one on one interview tih Tom Zalaski.

Governor Walker says he is standing by the law because there's proof it's working.
