Lacing up for Fox Cities Marathon

APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) The Fox Cities Marathon is less than a day away and Saturday, competitors had their last chance get some tips and supplies that help them get that extra edge.
It was during the Humana Health and Wellness Expo at the Fox Valley Technical College. Medical professionals and venders were available to talk to any competitors who were interested. Organizers say they've seen a positive response at this weekend's expo.
"We've had great feedback from our venders, they love talking to the people here getting to know them, and our participants enjoy the opportunity to check out the venders as well," says Amanda Secor with Community First Credit Union.
The marathon starts Sunday morning at 7. Local 5 News is a proud sponsor of the event.
