First Lady to speak in Appleton Friday

Appleton, Wis.(WFRV)-- On Friday, September 28, First Lady Michelle Obama will speak to grassroots supporters in Appleton. The First Lady will speak about what's at stake in this election for Wisconsinites, encourage them to help organize their communities between now and November and promote voter registration and voting through 'Own Your Vote'.
And, as part of the campaign's 'It Takes One' effort, the First Lady will ask every supporter to help grow Obama for America's national grassroots network.
The First Lady's event is free and open to the public. She'll be speaking Friday afternoon at Alexandar Gymasium on the Lawrence University campus.
Tickets are required due to limited space, and will be available to the public starting on a first-come, first-served basis at the following pick-up locations below.
Tickets are available on Tuesday, September 25, from 4:00-9:00 PM, and if tickets are still remaining, on Wednesday, September 26, from 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM.

Tickets are available to students, faculty, and staff only on Tuesday, September 25, from 5:00-9:00 PM at Warch Campus Center - Nathan Marsh Pursey Room.
Tickets will again be available to students, faculty, and staff on Wednesday, September 26, from 4:00-7:00 PM at the Warch Campus Center - Gallery Hallway.
