Apartment Fire Forces People From Their Home

GREEN BAY, Wisc. (WFRV) Thirty-one people were forced out of their apartments Wednesday evening after a fire on Green Bay's westside.

Firefighters responded to the call just before 5pm after reports of a fire at 2660 and 2662 Trojan Drive.

The fire was located on the 3rd floor and attic of the 3 story apartment building. It appears to have started from a shorted out bathroom fan.

The total loss to the building is estimated at $75,000.
