Kiel Armed Robbery Suspect Arrested

Manitowoc County (WFRV) A man suspected in the armed robbery of a gas station in Kiel is behind bars tonight.

The 27 year old man was arrested just before 1 o'clock Saturday morning during a high risk traffic stop.

The man was had been identified early in the investigation as a suspect in the robbery of the Kiel Mobil Gas station last Sunday.

Officers say the suspect wielded a hammer and left on foot with an undetermined amount of cash.

He is being held on armed robbery charges and bail jumping.
