Octoberfest was a blast in Appleton

APPLETON, WI (WFRV) - The biggest party in our area has been going on in Appleton this weekend. License To Cruise was a big hit Friday night and the 31st Annual Octoberfest took center stage Saturday.
There were five stages of music that moved plenty of feet and arms of those partying downtown on College Avenue. More than 100,000 people were expected for this block party that featured over 100 non-profit vendors.
The biggest winners this weekend are the vendors who raised money for their organization as well as the business owners along the avenue who saw a lot of foot traffic.
Appleton prides itself on being a place you can find unique items you usually don't find at the mall or at big box stores.
