Madison, Wis. (WFRV) - Hunters won't be able to use dogs while hunting wolves until at least late December.
That's because a Dane County judge scheduled a hearing to decide the matter on December 20th.
The Department of Natural Resources had previously told hunters the use of dogs was not to be allowed until November 26th.
The injunction temporarily prevents the use of dogs for hunting wolves, and also the use of dogs to train to hunt wolves.
The injunction was initially put in place this past august after an outcry from humane society groups.
