Stave threw for 254 yards for the Badgers who improve to 4-2 overall and 1-1 in conference play.  96 of Wisconsin's 173 rushing yards came in the 4th quarter.  Montee Ball finished with 19 carries for 116 yards and two TD's.  He now has 69 touchdowns in his career, four shy of the FBS record.

Jared Abbrederis finished with 7 catches for 117 yards and a 59 yard touchdown catch in the 4th quarter.  Abbrederis is the first Wisconsin WR with three straight 100 receiving games since Lee Evans in 2001.

James White ran for 42 yards on six carries and also took a screen pass 62 yards for a touchdown.

Wisconsin trailed 7-0 until tying the game at the 3:26 mark in the first quarter.  They never trailed again in the game.

The Badgers outgained the Fighting Illini in total yards 427 to 284, but Wisconsin converted just 2-of-10 on third downs.
