Green Bay, Wis. (WFRV) One Green Bay school is doing it's part to eliminate bullying.
Aldo Leopold Community School held a school wide rally today as a part of it's Stand Up against bullying campaign.
Students wore purple shirts with the word unity to signify unity against bullying.
The school's 8th graders organized the rally themselves.
"I believe that our kids need to understand that when we stand alone, we're not as strong as when we unite and stand together," Community Program Director Sue Schwartz says, "and the idea here at Aldo is that we're all one and we all come together."
October is National Bullying Awareness Month.
