Packers great, G.B. Symphony Orchestra team up to inspire kids

Green Bay, Wis. (WFRV) - A Packers great is teaming up with the Green Bay Symphony Orchestra to help children express themselves better.
Today, the orchestra announced Ahman Green is the spokesman of it's "Music for a Great City" program.
The program is designed to enhance student's appreciation of music.
Green says playing an instrument and playing a sport provide similar benefits.
"Like with football practice, you have to practice all the hours in to get the play right...and the same has to go for the pianist or a guitarist, someone who sings or someone who dances, to get the timing down right."
Green was also on hand for the unveiling of symphonic art created by area fifth graders to the sounds of Beethoven.
