Man threatens ex-wife with loaded gun

Kimberly, Wis. (WFRV) - A Hatley man is behind bars after police say he threatened his ex-wife with a loaded gun.

Fox Valley Metro Police say it happened Wednesday morning on Kramer lane in Kimberly.

Officers say 51-year-old Russell Ostroski confronted his ex-wife with the gun while she sat in her vehicle in the garage. The ex-wife used pepper spray on him and was able to convince him to give up the gun.

No one was hurt in the incident.
