(WFRV) -- With election day less than three weeks away, Thursday night voters heard directly from both U.S. Senate Candidates.
Democrat Tammy Baldwin and Republican Tommy Thompson squared off in Wausau in their second debate.
The last time both candidates sat down to discuss the issues, both went on the attack. Round two wasn't much different.
Baldwin and Thompson did agree over issues like the need to get the economy moving again, but both fought hard to convince the uncommitted voters that they are the right person to take up the fight as a U.S. Senator in Washington.
Who won the debate will be up to the pollsters. The one certainty is the two will meet again October 26th for a third and final debate that will take place at Marquette University in Milwaukee.
