Wisconsin's average cost for a gallon of regular gasoline is currently around $3.48.
But in Marinette County, Peshtigo is beating that price at an average of $3.46.
The town's mayor says they've had lower prices since summer.
And with a new bridge reuniting the community, they hope that this helps bring back business.
Peshtigo Mayor Al Krizenesky, "It's worthwhile to stop in Peshtigo. Even though we've been bypassed by the highway, we're doing everything we can to to keep this city alive."
As for the lowest gas prices in the state, that $3.17 at Lou Perrine's Gas and Groceries in Kenosha. As of 6:30 pm on October 24th, anyway.
