How Outagamie County handles repeat drunk drivers

Appleton, Wis.(WFRV)--A Green Bay man was was arrested early this morning in Appleton for drunk driving.

Patrick Schober is now facing his 11th drunk driving offense. Schober was stopped by an Appleton police officer for allegedly speeding and making an unsafe lane change in the 22-hundred block of north richmond street early this morning.

So what to do about drunk driving offenders who keep on driving under the influence?

Local Five's Donald Robinson went to Appleton to see how Outagamie County is handling the problem.
