NEENAH, Wis. (WFRV) Another season of scares has come and gone for the Burial Chamber in Neenah. Owners of the haunted house bill it as the largest in the Midwest. It's spread throughout four separate, distinct areas in an old warehouse.
The Burial Chamber employs 125 actors and performers to jump out and frighten folks for Halloween. And those workers say creeping others out helped them overcome their own fears. "I went from being totally shy - not wanting to talk to people and I can now walk up to strangers I don't know and talk to them randomly. It doesn't scare me anymore," says actor Annie Petersen.
The Burial Chamber was only open for about 15 nights this season. But owners are already hard at work coming up with fresh ideas to make you scream next year.
