Ashwaubenon, Wis.(WFRV)--Tomorrow morning, President Barack Obama will make a quick campaign stop in our area.
That event will be at Austin Straubel International Airport in Ashwaubenon sometime in the morning.
President Obama was expected to be in Green Bay for a rally last night. That event had to be cancelled because of Hurricane Sandy.
Tomorrow morning's visit is a little different than the one that was planned. Obviously, there will be a quick turnaround. Mr. Obama will fly into the airport, and give a speech out on the tarmac.
While Airforce One is on the ground, any scheduled commercial departures will be delayed for about an hour, according to the airport director, Tom Miller.
Miller says they'll start letting people in at 8:30 am Thursday morning. Organizers are urging people to dress warm, since they'll be outside for an extended period of time.
From Wisconsin, the President will fly to Las Vegas and then Boulder, Colorado for campaign stops.
President Obama will be back in Wisconsin on Saturday for a campaign rally in Milwaukee.
