Green Bay, Wis.(WFRV)--Too much Halloween candy? Why not use some to brighten up the day of our troops overseas! St. Vincent Hospital and St. Mary's Hospital in Green Bay, and St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan are  collecting candy, toothbrushes and personal notes for Operation Gratitude, an organization that sends care packages to service members. Simply drop off your items through Monday in the big bin outside the hospital cafeterias.
