Man who allegedly set fatal fire heading to trial

By: Jim McShea
Updated: November 1, 2012

Argyle. Wis. (WFRV) -  A man who allegedly helped set a fire that killed 3 children in Southern Wisconsin is competent to stand trial.

18-year-old Jeremy Wand is facing multiple homicide charges.

A criminal complaint says Wand helped his older brother, Armin, light the deadly fire.

The complaint said Armin told his brother he'd pay him $300 to help start the fire that killed Armin Wand's three children and severely burned his pregnant wife.
