GREEN BAY, Wisc. (WFRV) Dreams of hitting it big continue with tonight's Powerball hitting a record $500 million.
Ticket sales have skyrocketed since Sunday and that's making the jackpot continue to climb. No one has matched all the winning numbers in the last 14 drawings.
With the price of a Powerball ticket increasing to $2 earlier this year, officials were hoping to build jackpots faster, drive sales and generate more money for states that run the game.
