Folks get outside to shovel and sled in the snow

Green Bay, Wis.(WFRV)--With six to twelve inches snow accumulation in northeastern Wisconsin, many people tried to get ahead of the snow clean up by heading to driveways and sidewalks early in the day.
In cities throughout the area, you could see someone on almost every block tackling the elements - armed with their shovels or snowblowers.
Driving was another issue. Many of the main roads are clear, but on side roads in residential areas the roads are slippery, especially if you don't have all-wheel drive.
Kids off from school took advantage, heading over to Fireman's Hill in Green Bay to build snowmen and break out their sleds.
Most people we spoke with are taking the snow in stride.
