Green Bay Man Found Dead Is Identified

Green Bay, Wis.(WFRV)- Green Bay police has identified a man who was found dead in his driveway Monday morning.
Police say Brian Hicks died of hypothermia and that trauma and foul play have been ruled out. Hicks was found in his driveway with numerous articles of clothing scattered around his body.
Preliminary toxicology results indicate that alcohol was also a factor.
