GREEN BAY, Wis. (GreenBayPhoenix.com) - When JT Yoho's three-pointer bounced off the rim with less than 10 seconds left in the first overtime Thursday night, it looked like Green Bay (12-12, 6-5 HL) would escape with a hard-fought home victory. But the long rebound caromed right into the hands of Miles Dixon, who drained a three-pointer with 1.7 seconds remaining to force double overtime.

In double overtime, Yoho took advantage of another opportunity, sinking a game-winning three-pointer with 9.5 seconds left to give visiting Wright State (16-8, 7-4 HL) a 70-68 win in Horizon League men's basketball action at the Resch Center.

Green Bay led 32-28 at halftime and still clung to a 52-49 advantage late in regulation, but Yoho made what proved to be the game-tying three-pointer with 1:57 remaining. Neither team scored the rest of the way, with junior Alec Brown (Winona, Minn.) missing a potential game-winner with just a couple seconds on the clock.

In the first overtime, sophomore Keifer Sykes (Chicago, Ill.), who had just five points at the end of regulation, made four three throws to turn a tie game into a 60-56 lead with 51 seconds left. Yoho answered with a deep three-pointer, and Sykes split free throws on the next two possessions to make it 62-59 with 20 seconds left.

On WSU's possession, Yoho missed but the fortunate Raider bounce ended up in Dixon's hands. The junior made the three-pointer from the left wing to force another five-minute session.

Sykes made a three to start the second overtime, and after a three-point play by Wright State scored on a layup for a 67-65 lead with 4:00 left. Coming off an injury which limited him to only 16 minutes on Saturday, the sophomore tallied 11 points after regulation to finish with 16 points and five assists in a career-high 45 minutes. Sykes sat for only one minute after halftime.

After WSU tied it, Brown grabbed an offensive rebound with 31 seconds left and made 1-of-2 free throws for a 68-67 lead. The junior finished with 17 points on the night for Green Bay, playing a career-high 46 minutes.

Yoho made the game-winning three under heavy pressure on the next possession, capping a career-high 19-point effort which included five three-pointers. Yoho entered the game with just six made threes in 10 Horizon League games.

Green Bay freshman Jordan Fouse (Racine, Wis.) had another strong effort in a career-high 46 minutes. Fouse broke the program's Division I freshman record for rebounds in a season, grabbing a career-high 15 boards to put his season tally at 184. Current junior Daniel Turner (McCordsville, Ind.) had the record with 180 in 2010-11. Fouse added nine points, three blocks and three steals.
