SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WFRV) - A Sheboygan man who lost part of his hand in a work-related accident has a new grip on life thanks to new technology.

Lee Miller, 34, was in an industrial accident 11 years ago and had three of his fingers amputated.

Then, a few months ago, Lee found out that he was a good candidate for a new type of prosthesis. It is called the i-limb and is designed by Advanced Arm Dynamics.

The i-limb has sensors inside the glove and just a twitch of the muscle triggers movement.

Local 5's Chelly Boutott reports.
