Green Bay, Wis.(WFRV)--Green Bay may soon have a new seven-story apartment building downtown.
The prospective developer, T.Wall Enterprises, made their pitch Tuesday during a special meeting of the Green Bay Redevelopment Authority.
The nearly 10 million dollar project would have eighty-five rental units and retail on the first floor.
The Green Bay Redevelopment Authority voted to expedite the plans today.
The request still needs to go before the city council.
Developers say they hope to break ground by August.
