Ribble's Plan For Sequester Cuts

WASHINGTON (WFRV) U.S. Rep. Reid Ribble thinks the sequester will happen on Friday, as $85 billion in automatic spending cuts kick in. However, he has a plan to make enacting those cuts less painful; empowering federal agency manager's so they can decide what programs to cut. Local 5's Kris Schuller spoke with Ribble and has more on the proposal.
