Nuisance calls to 9-1-1 waste time for dispatcher, officers

Oshkosh, Wis.(WFRV)--A Neenah woman was arrested and charged this week for calling 9-1-1 to get help finding her car.

The story is not unusual- Winnebago County authorities tell us that too many people are tying up emergency lines with nuisance calls.

Local Five's Donald Robinson has details.
