We are just 72 days away from the Cellcom Green Bay Marathon.

If you're running 26.2 or 13.1 miles on May 19th  you need to be running now.

Prevea Sports Medicine Director Mike LaMere says you should start off slow.  He reccomends an 18 to 19 week training program.

Once you have that in place he says you should run 3 to 5 days a week.  With those days he says you should have easy, medium and long run days.

LaMere says you will want to increase your weekly mileage by 10% each week.
